Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized

Administrator / HR Assistant

to support the day-to-day operations of our HR and administrative functions. This is a dual-role position that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be the backbone of our people and office operations, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support



Manage incoming correspondence (emails, post, calls), filing systems, and general office duties. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications. Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply management. Support event planning (e.g. team events, training sessions, onboarding days).

HR Support



Assist with the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, posting job ads, communicating with candidates. Prepare onboarding documentation and support induction for new hires. Maintain employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with data protection regulations. Support payroll preparation by gathering relevant employee data. Monitor staff absences, holidays, and HR compliance calendars. Help with employee communications, policy updates, and HR projects.

Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or HR assistant role (1-3 years preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable handling confidential information with integrity. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/office software (e.g., BambooHR, PeopleHR, Workday, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
