Job Description

Transdev Airport Services is seeking an experienced full time HR Administrator to join our HR team at West Ramp Coach Park, Heathrow Airport.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist the HR Manager in driving the HRM objectives for the business and carry out day to day administrative responsibilities within the HR department.

This important role entails managing HR documents to comply with Employment Laws, recruitment, performance management and carrying out activities set by the business with focus on Employee wellbeing and engagement. This role requires someone with excellent planning , organising and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administrator will be responsible for processing employee documentation, including employment contracts or onboarding documents. This includes

Administering the complete recruitment cycle including job advertisement, recruitment and selection, inductions, training etc. creating and maintaining employee records updating internal employee databases on the company HR portal creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts collecting, analysing and reporting HR metrics working closely with key stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Engineering etc.
In addition, responsibilities will also include the following:

Undertake general administration duties to include scanning, filing etc. Take notes at disciplinary, grievance and other HR related meetings as required Provide payroll support to the organisation as required Manage the application process for prospective new starters Ensure all subsequent new starter paperwork is obtained and completed Conduct Right to Work checks on all new and existing employees Monitor employee training requirements, liaising with the training team as required Administer, order and distribute employee uniform Respond to any queries from employees and managers regarding company policies and guidelines Supporting HR manager to perform their daily responsibilities in line with the HRM policies and procedures. Any other activities related to HR or as per the business needs.

Customer Focus: Selected candidate will be responsible for engaging effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders, adopting a professional and courteous approach to their day-to-day duties. Self-Direction: The post holder will remain responsive to the changing needs of their daily activities acting in a proactive and efficient manner. Process Management: The post holder will assist in reviewing and identifying potential process improvements in their day to activities, offering possible solutions where appropriate. Use of IT Systems: Experience using a wide range of IT systems including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excell and SharePoint is essential. Resource Management: The post holder will have a proactive approach to team working and possess good organisational and time management skills
Behavioural skills

Able to work both independently and as part of a small team Previous HR Administrator experience is essential for the role. Good IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Possess a proactive approach to a fast paced environment Ability to work under pressure and multitask Ability to learn and adopt to new things quickly. Time-management and prioritisation skills. Attention to details.
Qualifications

A degree or diploma in HR / Business Administration CIPD qualified (preferable but not essential) A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles in large organisations.
Compensation & Perks

Basic Gross Salary of 30000.00 per annum. Auto enrolment to company pension scheme 25 days annual holidays + 8 Bank holidays. Free on-site car parking Cycle to Work scheme on successful completion of probation. Office based with ability to travel across various business units within the company.

Pay: 29,000.00-30,000.00 per year
