Job Description

Luxus Limited is a well-established business at the leading edge of technical innovation in plastic compounding. Specialising in the supply of thermoplastic compounds, based upon prime and/or recycled feedstock, the Company has a reputation as one of the most respected suppliers of high quality materials to the Polymer industry.

We are seeking an experienced individual to work as part of the HR Team to provide an efficient service across the business.

Operating in a generalist capacity you will work closely with the Operational Team and site Managers to provide support when required. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a range of HR related project work in order to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different processes and task's. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are also essential for the role.

Primary responsibilities will include:



Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing applicant tracking.

Onboarding:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying the time and attendance system, processing employee changes, and assisting with benefits administration.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.

Employee Relations:

Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and issues, promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Projects:

Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Advantageous



CIPD Level 3 or working towards Payroll Experience
