We're reshaping how we deliver HR across the business, moving to a People Operations model that puts the colleague lifecycle at the heart of everything we do. As an HR Administrator, you'll not only deliver the brilliant basics that keep our service seamless, you'll also play a key role in shaping new ways of working, supporting managers with first-line advice, and creating great colleague experiences.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy and process but also wants to build confidence in providing HR guidance and proactive support. You'll manage key lifecycle moments - from onboarding through to life events - and contribute to the development of an accessible, colleague-centred People Operations team.

What you'll be doing



Making sure the essential processes behind the colleague journey are completed accurately and on time - from contracts and onboarding to life events and leavers. Acting as a first point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing policy guidance and triaging ER queries. Ensuring HR systems and records are accurate and compliant, delivering the brilliant basics every day. Working closely with the wider HR team to create a seamless, consistent experience for colleagues and managers. Supporting the development of new SOPs, HR Chat and manager Knowledge Bank content as we modernise how we deliver HR.

About you



Brings experience of HR administration in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Thrives on accuracy and organisation, with an eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work. Confident using HR systems and tech, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues in writing and in-person Passionate about great service and creating positive colleague experiences. Adaptable, professional and energised by change and new ways of working. Curious to grow, build confidence and develop into providing first-line HR and policy guidance.

Salary:

Up to 26,259.72 per annum.

Annual leave:

24 days, rising to 26 with length of service, plus public holidays and an extra day off for your birthday.
