the role
As a Senior Administrator in the People Operations Team you will be responsible for a range of People Operation tasks and will require a clear understanding of the College's organisational strategy and how the People Operations function supports this.
There is a strong emphasis on individual growth and development and you will actively engage in developing skills, knowledge and experience through day-to-day work activities, working with the wider People Team. You will show a considerable degree of independence in your day-to-day dealings with managers and staff.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between 25,826 - 28,534 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
