Bee's Care Limited are looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a full time basis. The directive of the role will be to manage all elements of the recruitment process for carers who are joining the company.
Working Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Your responsibilities as the HR administrator will include:
Staff recruitment which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
Communicating with external partners
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
Manage the DBS database and right to work check and overseas workers
Helping with smooth running and organizing of office. Dealing with incoming queries
. Working with the Trainer to ensure all inductions run smoothly and taking the sessions from time to time when needed
We expect the applicant to have the following attributes and experience.
Organised
Great attention to detail
Approachable
Work on there on own when required and part of a small team
HR & Recruitment experience would be advantageous.
Knowledge of computer packages
