We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team, as the department continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring effective communication and administration within the department. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a new role, and as such the duties may evolve over time.
Responsibilities
Maintaining attendance records
On-boarding
Issue training certificates
Monitor driving licences
Maintaining holiday reports
Scanning
General office duties
Assisting with training bookings
Checking training invoices
Updating invoices to Sage
Skills
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
