About the Role



Oushk Pharmacy is looking for a highly organised HR Administrator to support the smooth running of our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours in a people-focused, fast-moving health and wellness business. You'll work closely with leadership to help ensure our team processes are compliant, clear, and employee-friendly.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting recruitment administration, including posting job ads, arranging interviews, and handling offer paperwork Preparing and issuing contracts, onboarding documents, and employee handbooks Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records Tracking absences, holidays, and leave Assisting with policy updates and compliance documents Supporting basic payroll admin (e.g., timesheet checks, liaison with payroll provider) Helping to coordinate staff communications and team initiatives Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (essential) A strong eye for detail and excellent organisation skills Understanding of UK employment practices and GDPR (essential) Confident using email, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and HR systems (or willingness to learn) A friendly, professional communicator who respects confidentiality Able to work independently and take initiative
