HR Administrator
to support the smooth running of HR, Payroll, and Recruitment activities across the business.
Please note that this role is fully on-site based in Warrington.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support, ensuring the Company's HR resources, policies and procedures are used appropriately across the business.

Key Skills
Provides efficient, professional and effective administrative support within, ensuring the Company's human resources policies and procedures are used appropriately
Organising induction as directed
Carries out all pre- and post-employment and health checks to ensure recruitment is legal and safe and meets regulatory standards
Providing administrative support in the recruitment process
Ensures that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures so that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met
Creating employee records, updating HR information system, ensuring accuracy of data input, organising welcome packs for new starters
Professionally answering HR queries by e-mail, telephone and Team
Responding to written correspondence, such as references and general letters. i.e. probation reviews.
Supporting the administration of ER processes (letter production, taking minutes in various ER meetings, etc.)
Compiling HR reports (i.e. absence reporting) for the HR Team, Senior Management and Operations
Responsible for the management of all HR data, trackers and their data integrity
Maintenance of colleagues' electronic folders
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
Produce HR letters according to SLA's with a high level of accuracy
Booking Occupational Health and Health Surveillance appointments
Company benefits administration
Support the 'Your Voice Forums' in collaboration with the Plant Leads
Managing training records of employees on the internal learning platform
Raising and processing POs
The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You
1-2 years of HR Admin experience
