PURPOSE OF JOB:



To provide excellent & accurate administration support primarily to the Wirral HR Team. With the expectation to cover HRSS Team as required.

RESULTS:



Maintenance of absence master sheet - maintenance of absence master sheet.

Arranging absence meetings, flagging warning status to HR/Managers. Support low level absence & conduct meetingso

Advertise vacancies internally & Externally, support recruitment processo

RSP reviews for staff grades - diarising review dates, generating review letters to line managers and employees, co-ordinating and emailing correspondence

Minute taking - taking and typing minutes during Union, Investigation, disciplinary, grievance meetings and any other meetings as requested

Administer long service awards - ensure managers receive documentation in advance

Accuracy of HRSS Documents sent - to ensure correct data, starters, leavers, salary reviews, changes of details are passed to HRSS

Maintenance of Electronic HR files - Ensuring all employee files and departmental records are kept up to date

General admin support for HR team - completing employee references, daily post, HR Inbox, stationary ordering & SAP requisitions. Communicate by letter/email for individual and mass communications.

Scanning for HR & Occupational Health.

HR Inductions for new starters into the business & Conducting Exit Interviews for leaverso

HR Surgeries - taking HR and pay related queries

Ensuring the food safety, integrity, authenticity and quality in all our processes and food production

KPI's



First point of contact for HR & Payroll queries

Accuracy of Data sent to HRSS

Accuracy of data inputted onto systems - primarily Rotageek

Ensure all absence related meetings are held close to absences without delay

RSP reviews completed in month due

Co-ordination of Interviews & Meetings & Minute taking

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE



Excellent administration & Prioritisation skills

Previous experience of working within an HR/Payroll function is desirable

IT Literate - role involves working on HR related systems - Success Factors, Reward Gateway, Indeed Recruitment, Rotageek, SAP etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 32,758.00 per year
