We are looking for an experienced and committed HR or Personnel Advisor to join our busy People team. This role is vital to supporting our dealerships with a mix of generalist personnel functions, so we need someone who is well-rounded and amazing with people.
This role will report to our Personnel Manager and work closely with our Advisors and Administrators to deliver a first-class service to our dealerships. You will be the point of contact for the teams on site so building great working relationships over the phone and in person will be an asset to you in this role. Some travel between sites will be required so a full UK driving licence is essential.
You'll need to have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to multi-task like you wouldn't believe and a sponge-like mind so we don't miss a trick!

Supporting and advising on Disciplinary and Grievance issues

Essential Skills
Experience of working in a Personnel environment
Achieved or working towards a CIPD qualification would be preferred
Full UK Driving Licence - travel between sites is required for this role
