Pangolin Editions is a world leading art foundry based in Chalford, Stroud. Our skilled, innovative and dynamic team of craftspeople originate, cast and fabricate art works and public sculpture from the very small to the monumental for some of the foremost artists of our time.
About the role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR professional to join our friendly HR team. You will work closely with the Company Directors and established administration team to provide professional advice, support and guidance for a workforce of 137 employees.
Duties will include;
Managing complex employee relations including conflict management scenarios
Provide professional advice, support and guidance to Directors and Managers
Ensure compliance with all aspects of employment legislation keeping the HR Director abreast of the most up to date changes and best practices
Play an active role in the delivery of staff appraisals/reviews
Sickness absence monitoring and implementing process as and when required, in accordance with our policy
Take the lead on disciplinary/grievance matters, ensuring our employees are taken seriously and investigations are carried out effectively
About you
You will hold a Level 5 CIPD accredited HR qualification
You will hold a valid CIPD membership
You will be approachable, measured and professional
You will be computer literate and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Packages
You will have a friendly demeanor and be a personable team player.
