Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, focusing on employee relations, policy implementation, and payroll administration. We value candidates with a strong background in HR advisory services, coupled with experience in payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
Support payroll administration, including processing and compliance.
Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Working Hours:
Four days a week (28 hours), flexible.
