Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as Managers and Partners to provide full, professional support across the practice.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll and employee benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislation and company policies and standards.
Support performance management and employee review processes.
Monitor and report on HR statistics
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Up to date employment law and legislation
Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels including partners/managers
Practical and logical ability to problem solve quickly
Ability to design clear and fair company policies
Proven experience with Statutory calculations
Knowledge and experience of dealing with performance improvement and welfare cases
Desirable:
CIPD qualified or working towards
Prior experience in an HR capacity
