We're looking for a HR Advisor, based at our headquarters at Baillieston, Glasgow.
About The Company:
Mealzo is one of UK's largest hospitality services provider.
We supply and maintain EPOS (electronic point of sale) systems, digital order pads, self ordering kiosks and other related technologies. These help our partners in the hospitality industry accurately manage their operations by effectively using our state of art systems.
We also provide them with their very own branded website and mobile apps, alongside our popular food portal, for customers to use to place orders. With our 0% commission policy, our partners keep all their orders profit while paying us for our services.
Our clients range from national franchises down to your local takeaway round the corner.
Due to our continued growth in Scotland and now beyond, we require an HR Advisor to help with our expanding workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a young company in its early stages of rapid expansion.
Duties of our HR Advisor would be :
HR Operations Management
Recruitment and Onboarding
Performance Management
Budgeting & Forecasting
Policy Development & Compliance
Complex Employee Relations
Training & Development
ISO9001 Standards Compliance
Working alongside our third party advisors Croner HR support
Contract Negotiations and Maintenance
Requirements:
Our
perfect candidate would preferably
have the following skills and abilities :
Ability to work 37.5 Hours a week minimum
Previous experiance of HR advising/managing
A related degree from university or college
A desire to learn and expand their knowledge
Team players but can self manage and plan alone when needed
Hard workers, ability to stay overtime when tasks demand
