Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today's busy consumers.?We are proud to be opening a brand new, purpose built, breaded chicken factory and have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as an HR Advisor.
Work on various projects as defined by the company or the Human Resources Manager.
Provide generalist HR support and advice to managers.
Supporting the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures including advising managers, taking notes and when instructed interviewing employees
Review and update HR policies and procedures, educating managers in their application
Offer coaching and 1-2-1 support as required
Keeping up to date with employment law changes
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the following:
Ethical Trading Framework
External and Internal audits
KPI and key information gathering
Present to internal and external auditors on behalf of HR and Training
Assisting with payroll
Inputting personnel/payroll information on time and attendance system ensuring that the information is maintained and up to date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
