Are you a confident, hands-on HR professional ready to take ownership of the HR function in a fast-growing company? We're looking for an experienced

HR Advisor

to join our team and support around

200 employees across 12 sites

in the UK.

This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, and making a real impact. You'll lead on recruitment campaigns, onboarding, contracts, and provide practical HR advice to managers and employees - all while helping us grow a strong, skilled, and engaged workforce.

What You'll Do:

Own and manage the full recruitment process - from job adverts to onboarding Represent the company at job fairs, careers events, and local partnerships to attract talent Support the SMT to identify training requirements of employees and the wider business Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, and other employee documentation Provide HR advice to managers across employee relations, absence, and performance Ensure policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant Maintain accurate records and support GDPR compliance Travel between sites when needed (expenses provided)

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role (construction or similar sector preferred) Confident managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns and external events Solid knowledge of UK employment law Comfortable working independently and building trust at all levels Excellent communication and problem-solving skills CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) Full UK driving licence
