Hr Advisor

Liverpool, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Want to be part of a UK hub, in a global business that is scaling rapidly, evolving fast and radically changing the decades-old delivery universe? If so, read on, as we're looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR team!

We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Yodel, one of the UK's largest delivery companies. The acquisition builds on the partnership established between InPost and Yodel in 2024, when Yodel began providing last-mile delivery through InPost's "locker-to-door" service.

Today we become truly unique as the only delivery partner with a one-stop shop offer - we have the largest out of home delivery network that is now combined with to-door capabilities. Going forward, the acquisition of Yodel brings immediate scale to InPost's operations, expands our service offering, and provides greater convenience to retailers and customers.

About the role:

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and take on a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice and guidance to the business, supporting Yodel's objectives.

You'll be part of a team that thrives on proactive engagement and problem-solving. You will play a vital role in supporting line managers, resolving complex HR queries, interpreting employment terms, and contributing to reward and policy analysis.

What you'll be doing:

Build rapport remotely, through active listening, solutions based thinking with the ability to challenge where necessary to achieve required outcome. To assist the business through the end to end process for disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases to ensure compliance and timely delivery of letters and documentation. To support the business through periods of change, providing consistent advice and timely delivery of letters, settlement agreements, redundancy quotes and any other required documentation. To provide advice and guidance to the business on sickness, long term absence, managing the process throughout the length of absence and ensuring the timely delivery of letters and documentation.

What we need from you:

We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We're looking for people with drive and natural curiosity - who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.

We'd be particularly excited to hear from you if you have the following:

Demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong data management and analysis skills Good level of knowledge in all Microsoft applications

The InPost process:

We pride ourselves on our candidate experience. We want to make this as straightforward as possible, for you and for us! We will try our best to get back to you within a few days to let you know if we'd like to take you to the first stage. This normally involves a 20 minute chat with our Talent Team. If we both feel the connection, you'll then go through another one or two stages, depending on the level of the role.

At InPost, we love uniqueness. Our strength is our people.

We strive to create an open, equal, inclusive environment in which everyone has the opportunity to flourish and be themselves.
