Exciting HR Advisor Opportunity - North West

Agility is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading Northwest company.

We're seeking a skilled HR professional who thrives on variety and wants to be at the heart of employee experience. As an HR Advisor, you'll be instrumental in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and employment law compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as the primary HR contact, responding promptly to employee queries and resolving issues effectively.

Manage conflict resolution and mediation to foster positive employee relations

Conduct detailed exit interviews to capture valuable feedback for continuous improvement

Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and assist with recruitment.

Support new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration process

Assist with performance management and oversee training initiatives to boost employee growth and engagement

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation

Provide general administrative support for HR activities as needed

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a solid grasp of HR best practices

CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred.

Manufacturing HR experience is advantageous but not essential

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
