We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join RTS Waste, part of Mobius Group on a part time basis to take ownership of the whole HR department and take on operational office management duties.
This role represents a great opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated, and progressive individual to join the back office team at RTS Waste, to lead on all things HR, inclusive of Policy creation and amending, Employee Relations and Payroll.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a part time role for 3 days per week and will be perfect for someone who can handle all things administrative within HR. Duties will include setting up new starters and processing leavers, taking ownership of the HR System, Policies, payroll and general administrative support, working alongside the rest of the back office team such as Accounts.

Key duties
- Organise and oversee all employee files, including contracts, sick notes, holiday dates.
- Be the main point of contact for all HR related issues such as ER cases and pay queries.
- Assist accounts team in running reports for payroll.
- Ensuring all new starters are set up and created on the system and making sure any leavers are logged on the system.
- General Administrative duties for the Directors, such as HR reporting.
- Taking charge of all employees contracts.
- Assist in the planning and coordinating of company events.
- Office management
- Policy creation and amending
What we need from you -
- HR Administration experience
- CIPD Level 5 desirable, Level 3 is required as a minimum
- Ability to work alone using your own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Relationship building skills, able to speak to people from all walks of life.

The operate in Kent, London and Somerset and this role would be expected to look after the staff in all locations.

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
