We are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our office team, providing support to the Operations Team.

Responsibilities:



Entering and updating employment data into the company database Assisting with compliance checks and audits Assisting with policy and document reviews Completing Disclosure and Barring renewal checks Updating employee sickness records and monitoring information, conducting sickness reviews Preparing information for payroll Collate data for reports on HR metrics - eg Sickness and Length of Service Be the first point of contact for employees queries about HR-related issues Participate in HR projects Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks Conduct low level HR disciplinary/grievance investigations and meetings, preparing reports. Support is available from the HR Manager.

Required Skills:



Good working knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience of using an HR system is an advantage. Level 3 CIPD or above (or equivalent experience). Organisational skills: your role involves juggling numerous tasks, you should be able to prioritise tasks and work in the most efficient way. Excellent communication skills: you will need to assist employees with their queries and requests and you may be involved in sensitive situations where you will need to adapt your communication style accordingly. Demonstrate our values: Tenacity, Empathy, Aspiration, Motivation, Believe and Growth. Good listening skills. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations. The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.

Salary and Benefits



28,000 - 30,000 Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Part time considered Free parking on site Health and wellbeing platform Company pension
