We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team across various functions, including HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and have a solid background in administrative tasks.
The role will be based across services located in Stevenage, Hitchin and Buntingford.
Responsibilities
Manage and update employee records
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and facilitating new employee integration
Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
Prior experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within human resources or related fields
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--are required for effective collaboration
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures will support success in this role
