The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious and motivated HR Apprentice to join our collaborative and forward thinking HR team. This is the perfect stepping stone for anyone eager to start and build their career within HR.



You'll be joining a close-knit HR team of four, including this role. We're super supportive, genuinely caring and go out of our way to help each other succeed. The Apprenticeship will combine hands on real life work experience with professional HR training, giving you the confidence, skills and qualifications to make a real difference in how people experience work.

What you'll be doing

As an HR Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our team, helping us to create an exceptional employee experience. You'll get involved in:


Coordinating recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers and helping deliver a brilliant candidate journey. Assisting with onboarding new starters, to help create positive, memorable first impressions. Maintaining accurate HR records and systems. Offering general HR support across the entire employee life cycle. Champion wellbeing, diversity and team culture. Get involved in exciting HR projects that genuinely make a difference.

No two days will be the same, and we'll give you full exposure to everything in HR.
