Full Description:



Reporting to Head of HR for UK & Ireland and is primary purpose of an HR administrator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support to HR Department and employees

Role and Responsibilities



Maintain and update all employee records on the HR and Payroll databases. Updating HR system and streamlining working flows Provide an information service to directors, managers and other employees as required. Produce standard letters as required e.g. salary review, changes to terms, maternity confirmation, appraisals etc. Assist Managers with document preparation. Assist with preparation of reports as required in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Assist with recruitment support - liaising with agencies and logging CVs Attending and taking notes in disciplinary meetings on behalf of the HR department as required. Booking induction meetings for new employees Conducting exit interviews and feeding back concerns/suggestions to the management team. Taking minutes at bi-weekly operations meetings and distributing to management. Booking training courses for employees. Provided administration and coordination of the end-to-end employee life cycle. Ensure resignation letters and termination forms are received for leavers, as applicable, and all letters are issued. Deal with reference requests for new and former employees.

Issuing and reviewing DSE assessments and liaising with appropriate personnel to resolve issues or escalating to the appropriate person or organising external ergonomic assessments Preparing office, fire, and general risk assessments Supporting H&S initiatives.

Training Provided:



BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Skills Required:



Working towards CIPD qualification Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of HR process and systems Desirable experience using Hibob (HR System)

Qualifications Required:



Five GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent
