We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an Apprentice. This is ideal for someone who's recently completed their Highers, A-Levels, or equivalent, and is passionate about building a career in HR while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
As our HR Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development. You'll receive full training, mentorship, and dedicated paid time during your working week to complete your apprenticeship coursework.

This is a 12-18 month opportunity with no guaranteed job at the end. However, we're a growing organisation, and further career opportunities may be available for the right candidate upon successful completion.
Who We're Looking For
Aged 16 or over and eligible for apprenticeship funding
Must live in Scotland
and have the right to live and work in the UK
A genuine interest in HR and people
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Clear and confident communicator
Confident using Microsoft Office tools
Ideally some previous customer service or admin experience
What You'll Gain
A qualification in
Digital Applications Support PC Passport SCQF Level 6
Experience working with HR systems and tools
Time each week (fully paid) to complete training
Coaching from experienced HR professionals
Insight into recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and more
Work well individually as well as in a team
Training Includes
You'll complete a Modern Apprenticeship Digital Applications Support PC Passport SCQF Level 6, including units on:
Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, CRMs
Digital communication and document management
Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Content Management Systems
Cybersecurity, creative tools, and project coordination
