motivated and ambitious HR Support Apprentice

to join our growing business and work

closely with our People Director

, gaining hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle. This is not a "make-the-tea" role -- this is an opportunity to become a

key player in our people function

from the very start.

The Opportunity

As our HR Support Apprentice, you'll be

actively involved in the day-to-day running of HR

, supporting and gradually taking ownership of core people processes while completing your HR apprenticeship qualification.

You'll gain

to both operational and strategic HR, learning directly from our People Director, while also being trusted with real autonomy as your confidence and capability grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting and running

day-to-day HR activities and processes

Acting as a

first point of contact for HR queries

, becoming a visible and approachable face of HR Supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives and people projects Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately and confidentially Assisting with HR policies, compliance, and people data Working closely with the People Director on strategic HR initiatives

Representing the company at HR networking events, conferences and summits in the UK and occasionally abroad

Building strong internal and external relationships as a trusted HR representative

Be the Face of HR

This role gives you the opportunity to:

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working in an office environment is essential

Previous experience in HR or a people-focused role is

desirable but not essential

A genuine interest in building a career in

Human Resources

A confident, professional communicator who enjoys working with people Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy and responsibility Eager to learn, develop, and take ownership of their work Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad
