An integral member of our small but effective HR service Hub. You will provide support to People-Managers and HR Business Partners and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Opportunity: You will be working alongside our HR Coordinators and HR Apprentices during an 18 month apprenticeship. You will gain experience and opportunities to support HR delivery through contribution in this role and connect with a dynamic and friendly team of HR professionals and People managers. The Skills: You will attain a Level 3/Level 5 CIPD qualification as an integral part of your Apprenticeship. The Support: A dynamic and friendly team who will support you in making this role a success and help you gain experience in the field of Human Resources. Qualifications

  • Professional, self-motivated, and confident outlook
  • Previous experience handling data and generating/reconciling reports
  • Impressive Excel skills (x-lookup/pivot table)
  • Willingness to learn new systems or ideally experience with SAP Success Factors
  • An understanding of excellence in customer experience
  • Motivated to deliver great results and taking accountability
  • Ability to communicate professionally towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated by supporting business critical activities whilst taking the opportunity to get involved in tactical/strategic projects
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, numerical skills and an interest in capturing performance related metrics
  • Independent, Self-Starter and comfortable with hybrid working
  • Ideally 3 A Levels (A-C) and/or HR/Business Related qualification
  • A minimum of Level 5/B in GCSE or equivalent - Maths & English
  • The right to work and reside in the UK

Additional Information
  • Location: Homeworker (commutable distance to Site: Leeds, Preston, or Welwyn Garden City)
  • 14-month apprenticeship in the first instance with potential to join Sika permanently in future
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Planned Start Date: ASAP
