Position Description:
The Apprentice HR Assistant will support the HR department in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to all HR related administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit which includes input to all HR admin and is an important support role to the business.
Responsibilities to include
:
Assist with recruitment administration
Process new starters/leavers
Create induction packs,
Collect reference requests
Create and maintain personnel records, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of information held is in line with the Data Protection act
Weekly payroll
Maintain attendance records and report discrepancies to HR Manager
Maintain training records
Follow all HR procedures
Support the HR Manager with additional HR ad hoc administration dutiesMaintain management and employee confidence.
