- Who are we looking for?
Overview:
We are seeking a HR Assistant Administrator to join our growing team. This key role will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR and Payroll department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with time sheet checks and calculations to aid the preparation of the 4 weekly payroll processes.
Preparation of new starter packs.
Assisting with new starter inductions.
Monitoring employee annual leave and absences.
Assisting with employee queries.
Assisting department managers and company directors as required.
Filing.
Answering telephone and responding to emails.
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Competence in Microsoft Office.
Ability to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Ability to gel with existing team.
Previous knowledge of Big Change (Job Management Software) would be beneficial but not essential.

The role will be subject to a three-month probationary period.
Salary - 26,000 - 28,000 (Subject to Experience)
