Job Description
2x HR Case Advisors| 5 Months (Inside IR35)| Onsite (Glasgow)
Harvey Nash\xe2\x80\x99s client is recruiting for 2 x HR Case Advisors. You will be responsible for provide advice and support to managers and staff on HR issues including the interpretation and application of policy, procedure, conditions of service in line with good practice, corporate practice and current employment legislation.
The HR Case Advisors are expected to function with a degree of autonomy and initiative and require a proactive approach to identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions, which are consistent in application. You will be required to develop strong working relationships with staff and managers and build close relationships with local and national partnership representatives which is a vital part of the role.
Essential Skills
- Degree level knowledge and experience, with a postgraduate qualification in human resource management or equivalent experience
- Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, preferably at MCIPD level.
- A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 HR generalist experience
