We're looking for a
People Coordinator
to join our small but ambitious HR team. You'll work closely with the HR Manager, supporting with HR administration, compliance, and onboarding, and act as a key point of contact for ensuring staff records are always up to standard. This isn't a back-office-only role - it's an opportunity to really shape the employee experience and play a vital part in the growth of our business.
What you'll be doing
Supporting day-to-day HR administration and ad hoc projects.
Deputising in HR meetings, taking notes and acting as chaperone where required.
Managing staff records and compliance checks using our HR systems.
Leading the onboarding process from offer stage to first day, ensuring everything is ready for new starters.
Drafting and issuing contract changes, letters, and documentation.
Conducting exit interviews and supporting the wider employee lifecycle.
Keeping our payroll spreadsheet up to date with changes.
Collaborating with our Recruitment Coordinator to support urgent candidate activity.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience in an HR support role.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is an advantage.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with HRIS and compliance systems (DCME, PandaDoc, Iteams) is a plus.
A sharp eye for detail, organised and proactive.
Someone people-focused, adaptable, and able to keep things moving at pace.
What you'll get
