HR Coordinator
.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and being a trusted point of contact for colleagues across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Although we work with an external HR partner for specialist advice, you'll be the central coordinator for all day-to-day HR activity within Superclean, including:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Managing job adverts and screening applicants
Coordinating interviews and arranging on-site trials
Delivering staff inductions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Employee Support & Engagement
Being the first point of contact for staff queries or welfare concerns
Conducting regular welfare chats with employees
Supporting managers to ensure a positive and supportive working environment
HR Administration & Coordination
Liaising with our third-party HR provider for policy queries, contract updates, and best-practice guidance
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Supporting the wider team with people-related tasks and projects
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication skills
- confident talking to staff at all levels
Strong IT/administrative capability
- comfortable managing digital systems and documentation
Great organisation and time-management
- able to balance multiple priorities
A proactive, self-motivated approach
- able to work independently whilst remaining a strong team player
Flexibility
- the role is home-based, but occasional office attendance or rare site visits will be required
Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a people-focused role is essential.
