Skills, knowledge, experience required:

Higher vocational training in human resources management, business administration, law, social sciences, public administration or related field/discipline with 2 years' experience in Human Resources operations OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years' experience in Human Resource operations; Minimum of 1 years' experience in policy coordination and process improvement; Minimum of 1 years' work experience administering Human Resource Information System and data management.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Work experience in SaaS or high growth tech environments Experience across multi domain cloud environments.

Duties/role:

Supporting the drafting of and coordinating stakeholder input to HR policies, and supporting smooth adoption across the organization; Mapping, documenting, and maintaining HR processes and workflow documents; Supporting the administration of recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires; Keeping staff records and HR data up to date across all HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support reporting and decision making; Acting as a first point of contact for HR system queries, resolving straightforward issues and passing on more complex matters where needed; Preparing standard HR documents, dashboards, and reports to ensure consistency and compliance across the team; Coordinating and supporting implementation of morale and welfare initiatives and HR-related events; Performing other related duties as assigned.
