Position Summary
Spencer Stuart is recruiting a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the London office. This role supports the internal HR function, with key responsibilities including onboarding new hires, managing employee and benefit changes, processing terminations, ensuring data accuracy and reporting, and contributing to various HR projects.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to:Human Resources Business Partner

Other key relationships:Internal Business Function Teams (Technology, Workday Operations, Legal, Finance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOnboarding & Offboarding: Assist with background checks, new hire paperwork, onboarding forms, leaver letters HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, process benefit changes, HR paperwork including promotion letters etc Assist with HR processes and projects, such as: annual performance review processes within Workday including workflow and system support; yearly engagement survey Employee Support: Respond to HR-related queries related to Workday, benefits, policies etc Benefit Administration: Work with the HRBP and Payroll Manager to maintain / administer employee benefits Handbook/Policy updates: assist the HR Business Partner with yearly employee handbook and policy maintenance


IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree Knowledge of UK employment law and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Previous HR system experience

Preferred QualificationsPrevious Workday experience.

CRITICAL CAPABILITIESAbility to build relationships, communicate effectively and collaborate with others Proven analytical and problem solving ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task and effectively balance and prioritize workload. * Professional maturity to handle confidential information.
