About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team to support the delivery of an efficient HR service.

This is a hands-on role designed to take ownership of day-to-day HR administration and coordination, ensuring that our HR Advisor and HR Business Partners are supported.

You'll bring a sharp eye for accuracy, excellent customer service, and a drive to solve problems before they arise.

Key Responsibilities



HR Administration:

Own and manage day-to-day HR admin processes - including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and HR systems - ensuring all documentation and actions are accurate, compliant and on time.

Recruitment Administration, Onboarding & Offboarding:

Coordinate onboarding for new starters to create a positive first impression and conduct exit interviews to capture meaningful feedback from leavers.

Inbox & Policy Support:

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in the shared inbox, providing clear guidance in line with policies and escalating appropriately when needed.

Data Accuracy:

Maintain accurate records in our HR systems, identifying and resolving data issues proactively and ensuring consistency across records.

Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with the HR Advisor and HR Business Partners to take ownership of day-to-day HR coordination.

Letters & Documentation:

Produce high-quality, timely letters and documentation for changes to terms and conditions, ensuring appropriate authorisations and processes are followed.

Employee Relations:

Assist the HR Advisor with employee relations cases.

Comfortable working with and interpreting policies, data and HR systems.

Confident communicator both written and verbal.

Strong team player, able to collaborate with and support HR colleagues.
