This role involves administrative HR activities, advice and guidance. People services hold responsibility for managing HR policy, standards & guidance, processes, service improvement, systems and reporting and provides expert advice and administrative services to employees and line managers in the business.
The HR Coordinator role is varied. You will need to be flexible, work closely with your team and manage your time effectively. Being part of the People Services team allows you to develop a good level of experience covering a broad range of HR activities.
