Reports to: HR Manager



Role Overview:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be based at the Tallington site and will be the first point of contact for Site Operations Managers and Supervisors in relation to all HR related issues.

What our new HR Coordinator will be doing:



Serve as the primary HR contact for site managers, supervisors, and employees, providing guidance on all people-related matters and ensuring timely resolution of queries Manage core HR processes, including attendance and performance monitoring, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and accurate maintenance of employee records Support recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews, facilitating inductions, and ensuring a fair and consistent candidate experience Assist with payroll administration and HR reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all sites Coordinate employee development and engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and company events Contribute to health, safety, and compliance activities, participating in committee meetings and promoting best practices

The experience our new HR Coordinator will have includes:



Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a HR, Business Administration or equivalent Strong organisational and planning skills Experience in the full MS Office suite Experience of developing and maintaining productive working relationships at all levels of an organisation Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to be flexible and to travel between sites, as required CIPD Associate Membership is desirable Experience with an ERP or HR systems is desirable
