Job Overview



The HR Coordinator will support the Head of People and Culture in delivering HR services, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations. The role ensures HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policies and employment law. This is a hands-on role with a real impact on our people and culture.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist in posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including induction programs and documentation. Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

HR Administration:



Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Process HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and policy acknowledgments. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required.

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees. Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications. Assist in organising staff events, training sessions, and performance appraisal processes

Compliance & Policy:



Ensure HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies. Assist with audits, HR reporting, and statutory filings. Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development Support:



Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and maintain training records. Assist with performance management processes, including appraisal reminders and documentation. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including induction programs and documentation. Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Skills



Good understanding of human resources principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
