About the Role:
Due to our incredible growth, we are seeking a diligent and organised
HR, Data & Compliance Officer
to oversee HR operations and compliance functions! This role is key to maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, and assisting with overall regulatory compliance in line with UK GDPR and relevant legislation.
As the sole HR representative on site, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, data protection, and compliance governance, while having access to support from our wider HR and compliance functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organisation.

HR, Data and Compliance responsibilities
Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee records, and benefits administration
Assist with wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Coordinate and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning
Manage data protection compliance, including DSARs, data breach reporting, policy maintenance, staff training, and data security initiatives in line with UK GDPR
Support compliance governance, audits, risk monitoring, health & safety, and promotion of regulatory awareness
Maintain and update compliance documentation, registers, and internal policies
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR, data protection, and compliance processes
Act as a liaison with centralised group HR and other internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient operations
Assist with internal communications relating to HR, compliance, and regulatory updates
What's required from you?
Experience in HR, data protection, or compliance support preferred
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and data protection legislation
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable
Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
High ethical standards with a commitment to compliance and customer focus
