HR Shared Services Manager (34k) (Hybrid) (Enniskillen)

Vanrath is delighted to be working with a leading cross-border navigational authority responsible for the management, maintenance, development and promotion of inland navigable waterways in recruiting for a HR Shared Services Manager.

This HR Shared Services manager position offers the opportunity to join one of the six implementation bodies, gaining excellent experience within a fast-paced organisation to manage, maintain and develop the the inland waterways.

Compensation

\xc2\xa334,011 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the efficient, effective and timely delivery of all recruitment and selection activities;
• Manage and oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the associated modules within the Waterways Ireland HR System (CORE);
• Conduct a function-wide and evidence-based review of all HR operating procedures to ensure efficiency and timeliness of service delivery;
• Manage and oversee all learning and development activities to ensure efficiency of delivery and that outputs are tied to operational objectives.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of HR administration
• Develop and nurture effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation such as
• Oversee the timely submission of all monitoring reports to the Equality Commission as required;
• Working collaboratively with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners, develop and produce a range of regular and adhoc HR reports to aid decision making and inform service delivery.

Essential Criteria

• CIPD Qualified
• Experience of developing HR policies, procedures and experience using HR Systems.
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection, conducting HR Admin duties and running reports.
• Demonstrable experience in overseeing improvements in operational effectiveness.
