At HOYER UK, we are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives aligned with the broader goals of the HOYER Group. In this key role, you will champion a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support our teams through effective talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with business goals, legal standards and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR strategies with business goals, facilitating open communication between management and employees
Lead employee relations, providing expert guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, grievances and investigations
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to onboarding and retention
Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies, while managing payroll, compensation, and benefits processes
Provide strategic HR insights and reporting to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decisions and long-term workforce planning
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with HOYER's values
YOUR EXPERTISE
University degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology) or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources
Proven experience in a senior HR role within the UK, with strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
Solid understanding of payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics,
Hands-on experience in employee relations
Strong advisory skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building inclusive, engaging workplace cultures
