Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened as a HR Manager to join our team at Healthy Stuff Group, an international health and wellbeing company.

The role is to cover maternity leave for 9 months. This is a part time position, working 24 hours per week over 3 days.

This standalone role will be responsible for the day to day running of the entire HR function, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, solutions focused, a positive thinker, and team player.

The business has recently had a change in management, which is a great opportunity for this role to help support and shape the culture and new initiatives for the business moving forward.

The ideal candidate will need to be ready to start w/c 25th August.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, performance management, and organisational change. Ownership of employee lifecycle from recruitment process, onboarding and setting up in various systems Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies. Maintain and enhance HR policies, systems, and compliance. Support learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Train and support line managers on a variety of topics
About you:

CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong generalist HR experience. Proven track record in standalone HR roles, ideally within SMEs. Skilled in employment law, GDPR, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
