About the role
We are ELM Group, a leading residential estate management company, with a management portfolio of over 110 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments, from the Cotswolds and across the South of England. You will be joining at an exciting time for ELM Group, we are looking for an HR Manager to provide good practice HR advice and support to all staff and managers, leading and directing the HR Team.
About you
Heading up the HR team, you will assist the CEO, Executive and Senior Management Teams with business operations and projects, reviewing HR key performance indicators, such as holidays, recruitment, long service, training, sickness absence, end of probation and appraisals completion. Working with the HR team to ensure the timely, accurate administration of all HR paperwork, including payroll and recruitment.
Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm, 21 hours per week over 3 days (ideally Tue. Wed and Fri)
Salary:
26, 460 (FTE 44K)
Role available to start from August 2025
General Responsibilities
Ensure that payroll is correctly and efficiently administered.
Assist the Finance Director with administration of staff pensions.
Regularly review the benefit provision, identify and research any new options.
Develop the Wellbeing Hub content and manage its promotion with the HR Assistant
Collate applications, assisting with shortlisting CV's, organising and taking part in interviews.
Assist the operational Managers with advice and direction in investigations, disciplinary situations and informal coaching.
Produce training needs analysis plans, skills matrices and liaise with the SMT to create and schedule appropriate training and coaching for the year.
Monitor completion of training records to ensure compliance.
Ensure Probation reviews and Performance reviews are completed on time.
