The role
You'll be working in our Wirral office supporting our team with H.R, recruitment and compliance; using Indeed and our People Planner software, speaking to new and existing staff and helping them to settle in.
You'll be the one who guides our newest employees through the "onboarding" process including issuing training, online forms, DBS and Right-To-Work checks. Likewise, you're there to support our existing staff to maintain their compliance, ensuring our people are able to continue to provide the highest standards of care to our clients.
You'll tackle any H.R issues that may arise for a busy, growing complex care provider. You'll help to improve working conditions for staff, and develop ways in which we can be a better employer to our people, and reward them for keeping vulnerable clients safe.
You'll be supported in your role by our office team and the Lead Nurses who case-manage each package of care we provide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new complex care provider, with opportunities to grow with the company. Initially, this role will be stand-alone, however, we plan to add a junior / apprentice role to support you.
Office hours are Monday-Friday 0900-1630 (35hrs/wk), with on-call currently 1 week in 3 (Monday-Thursday evening only) for which you'll be paid extra. You can work flexibly within the office hours, to be discussed at interview.
