We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Operations Manager to lead and develop our HR operations function, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the organisation.
About the Role
As HR Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and continuously improving our core HR services and processes. You'll lead a dedicated team, driving efficiency, consistency, and innovation in how we support our workforce.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage the HR Operations team, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service.
Oversee HR systems and processes, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
Collaborate with managers and leaders to support workforce planning and organisational development.
Lead key HR projects, driving action to embed our people strategy and play a critical role in measuring impact, ensuring a data informed HR service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in HR operations and team leadership.
Brings strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Is highly organised, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
