We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join us. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the HR function runs smoothly, efficiently and compliantly. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll provide critical operational support and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of all areas of HR. This includes employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding along with management of HR systems & data and policies & compliance. With a keen eye for detail and a fast-paced approach, your flexibility and agility will be key to maintaining high standards of service delivery whilst adapting to the constant evolving needs of the business.

About the role:



You'll join us at a point of reset, following a PE buy out, organisational restructure and interim HR Leadership. We are now looking to build our permanent HR team to oversee the next stage of our growth. It will be a small but mighty team of two looking after all verticals of HR. You'll own Employee Lifecycle Administration, Payroll & Benefits, Policies & Compliance, Systems & Data, Employee Relations, Absence Management, Recruitment and L&D Administration, Internal Communications, Facilities and General People Support. We are a business of just under 100 UK based employees, your role is to ensure consistent, high-quality experience for all employees and stakeholders alike. What are we looking for?



You're an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in HR operations, contract management, H&S and internal comms ideally within fast-paced tech scale-ups or SMEs. You'll have a strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements along with demonstratable experience in managing complex employee relations issues. You'll be skilled at problem-solving and have a strong analytical skillset including experience building dashboards for HR data and analytics. You'll be agile in your approach and have experience overseeing facilities and operational support functions. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential along with bias for action. CIPD Level 3 to 5 is preferred.
