About the Role
As an HR Services Data Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of monthly HR processes, including input into Business World. You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR queries, supporting colleagues across the organisation with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Input monthly HR data into Business World under the guidance of the HR Services Team Leader
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Support HR projects and participate in system testing
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies
Collaborate with teams such as payroll, pensions, and workforce data
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in customer service and working with systems
Understanding of payroll and pension processes
Desirable:
Working towards a CIPD qualification
Knowledge of HR administration and its impact across teams

Salary:
The salary band for this role is 28,792 - 31,022 per annum. The
starting salary is 28,792
with annual progression through the salary bands.
