Job Description
I am hiring for HR Data & Systems Analyst
Location: Aldermaston - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
Proven experience in an HRIS, data analysis, or HR operations role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful insights. Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.). Skilled in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and reporting tools. Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.

Pay: 250.00-300.00 per day
