About the role



We are looking for someone to provide essential support to our People and Skills Staff Hub team - the first point of contact for all HR queries in the organisation.



The position will include:


ensuring personal files are up-to-date

collecting and recording data

maintaining trackers / spreadsheets

monitoring the Staff Hub inbox

providing general administrative support to the team




About you



The following experience / skills are essential for this position:


previous experience in an HR support position

confident user of Microsoft Office applications

exceptional attention to detail

experience of working with sensitive data

good verbal and written communication skills

Location



This position will be based in Southampton. The centre is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points.
