The HR Systems Administrator works within the Employee Services function providing effective, accurate and timely human resources administrative support to all internal and external clients. You will maintain a high level of customer service whilst ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.

Your core responsibilities



First point of contact for clients of Employee Services & HR Systems providing timely query resolution; guidance and support with HR Systems Support with education in company procedures and use of operating systems Comply with agreed Standard Operating Processes (SOPs); Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators across all Human Resources administration tasks to ensure optimum efficiency, accuracy and service levels Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to drive efficiency, accuracy and increased service levels to client enquiries within an agreed timescale and ensuring client satisfaction Database administration including maintenance if accurate employee information

Our essential requirements



Over 2 years experience in a similar HR administration position Confident IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
